After your message is received, we will send a confirmation while officially registering your reservation after we receive your deposit. We will also request your travel reservation data with us in the form of a full name, address, and KTP / Passport
A booking is confirmed once a deposit of at least 50% of the total tour cost is received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the departure date.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other approved options.

BJöEN Komodo reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, schedule, or destination without prior notice for reasons related to passenger safety, weather conditions, or operational requirements.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to participate in the tour.
BJöEN Komodo is not liable for injuries or incidents resulting from personal negligence.
All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the guide and crew at all times.
We highly recommend that all participants obtain personal travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, injuries, and personal belongings.
BJöEN Komodo reserves the right to use any photo or video taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless a written objection is submitted in advance.

Loss or damage of personal items
Injuries caused by activities such as snorkeling, trekking, or wildlife interaction (e.g., Komodo dragons)
Delays, changes, or cancellations caused by weather, park closures, or government regulations
Guests are expected to respect nature and local wildlife.
Do not litter, disturb wildlife, or feed animals.
Drone usage is subject to local laws and must be pre-approved by park authorities.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
